Passive income for agents · Proposed revenue share
Potentially receive monthly revenue share from eligible agents you introduce—and two further levels of introductions—plus a share tied to qualifying closings. Explore how ZRO’s proposed program works and what payments depend on.
Proposed program. Recurring income is conditional, requires effort, and is not guaranteed. You may earn nothing.
MONTHLY FEE SHARING
THREE SPONSORSHIP LEVELS
ADDITIONAL CLOSING SHARE
How agents could receive monthly revenue share
Under ZRO’s proposed program, eligible agents may receive a portion of the monthly brokerage fees paid by qualifying agents in their three-level sponsorship network. This creates a potential source of recurring gross income alongside their own real estate business.
Your first level consists of agents you introduce. If those agents introduce others, a second level can develop; introductions by the second level form the third. Each level has its own proposed monthly and per-closing rate.
Income depends on qualifying activity, fee payments, your continued eligibility, and final program rules. A name added to a network does not guarantee a payment. Supporting agent relationships takes effort, and you may earn nothing.
Two components of the proposed opportunity
The proposal combines two sources: a share associated with paid monthly brokerage fees and an additional share associated with qualifying closed transactions in your eligible network.
That means potential revenue share is not limited to your own closings. However, the monthly component is not guaranteed, and the closing component depends on eligible transactions actually closing and meeting final program conditions.
Funded from ZRO’s brokerage fees.
No additional commission deduction under the proposal.
Building your qualifying agent network
More qualifying agents and closings can affect the gross revenue share calculated under the proposed rates. Network size alone does not guarantee income: fee payments, eligibility, retention, expenses, and final terms all matter.
01 / Invite
Introduce licensed professionals who see value in the brokerage. Under the proposal, qualifying direct introductions form level one, with a proposed $40 monthly share and $50 per qualifying closing.
02 / Support
Help colleagues understand onboarding and brokerage resources. Continued affiliation, paid fees, and other final qualifications would affect whether monthly revenue share continues; no retention or payout is assured.
03 / Develop
Agents in your first level may introduce more agents. Qualifying second-level activity has proposed rates of $15 monthly plus $20 per closing; third-level rates are $5 monthly plus $10 per closing.
04 / Serve
Understand which agents, paid fees, and transactions qualify under the final plan. Any payments are gross income before business expenses and taxes; they do not replace income from your own client work.
What “passive monthly income” means here
The opportunity is recurring revenue share under a proposed compensation plan. It is not a salary, an investment return, or a promise to earn without work.
Building relationships and supporting a professional community takes time. Payments would depend on qualifying agents, paid brokerage fees, eligible closings, continued program eligibility, and final terms.
Potential source
A portion of ZRO’s brokerage fees associated with a qualifying three-level agent network.
No additional commission deduction
Under the proposal, revenue share comes from ZRO’s fees rather than an extra deduction from another agent’s commission.
Real limitations
No income is guaranteed. Some participants may receive no revenue share. Any payments are gross amounts before expenses and taxes.
Still under development
Eligibility rules, payment timing, reversals, state availability, and final approval are not established by this page.
The structure, explained openly
Direct introductions and two further levels form the proposed sponsorship network. The amounts below describe proposed fee-sharing rates, not typical or expected income.

How the proposal works
Rates apply only to qualifying activity under final terms. An introduction does not guarantee a payment, continued eligibility, or future income.
There is no ZRO participant earnings history supplied for this preview. These rates are not evidence of typical results. Building and maintaining a network can involve time, marketing costs, other business expenses, and taxes; net earnings can be lower than gross payments, including zero or a loss after expenses.
A reason to belong, before a reason to invite
A potential revenue-share network starts with agents who want the brokerage services for their own business. Explain the tools, support, pricing, and proposed compensation terms honestly so colleagues can make an informed decision. A useful brokerage offering does not guarantee participation, retention, or income.

No. “Passive Income for Agents” describes a potential recurring revenue-share opportunity. It does not mean automatic payments or income without effort. Payments depend on qualifying fee activity, eligible closings, and continued eligibility under final program terms. You may earn nothing.
Yes. The proposal has three sponsorship levels: agents you introduce, agents they introduce, and eligible third-level agents. This page does not hide that structure. The legal status of a compensation arrangement depends on its actual design and operation, not simply what it is called; final terms and applicable requirements must be reviewed before launch.
The supplied proposal allocates portions of monthly brokerage fees and qualifying transaction fees associated with eligible agents in the three-level network. It does not establish a guaranteed payment for submitting someone’s name or application. Eligibility, paid-fee requirements, payout timing, adjustments, and reversals remain subject to final terms.
No typical or expected ZRO earnings are established by this preview. The proposed rates are not an earnings projection. Gross payments, if any, depend on qualifying activity and eligibility; expenses and taxes reduce what you keep. Participants may earn zero or have a net loss after expenses.
No. Community leadership and peer knowledge sharing complement professional resources. They do not replace required licensed broker supervision, state licensing rules, or specialist legal and tax advice.
Future revenue share is not assured. Changes in affiliation, fee payments, qualifying activity, or eligibility can affect any payout. Final terms must explain cancellations, reversals, retention requirements, and the treatment of existing sponsorship relationships.
This page presents a proposed program and a national community vision. It does not confirm program launch, approval, or availability in every state. Brokerage affiliation and compensation arrangements depend on applicable licensing, law, and final terms.
